Here's the deal:

I am running on a pretty good computer right now, and am at college with some ethernet connection I have tested at over 800kbs. However, I am getting this issue where it takes forever to download content for the game, such as when installing or changing areas in game. I also get the, what I see to be for a lot of people, common problem of sticking in the game, where my character quits recieving commands in battle or otherwise. Now, I am going home next week to a better connection, and I am wondering whether or not this will still be a problem there, or worse still, if it will still be a problem when I come back to school in a few months. Also wondering if there is anything I can do. I don't know all of this computer jargon on a lot of these posts, so can anyone give me any suggestions in English? Thanks everyone.
